PaiN Become the Final Participant of BLAST Premier: Spring American Showdown

The Brazilian roster of paiN Gaming has become the final participant of BLAST Premier: Spring American Showdown 2022. The team managed to win its final qualifying event Ace North American Masters: Spring 2022. In its grand finals they defeated ATK.

At the event both paiN and ATK placed first in their groups, and later outplayed Team oNe and Gaimin Gladiators in the semifinals, respectively. In the grand finale paiN defeated their opponents at both Dust II (16:5) and Vertigo (16:13).

Now paiN are one of the eight participants of BLAST Premier: Spring American Showdown 2022. Besides them, the line-up also includes four teams from the Spring Groups – MIBR, Complexity, Team Liquid, Evil Geniuses, as well as two invited teams – FURIA, GODSENT, and Sharks Esports, who emerged victorious at the other qualifying event, FiReLEAGUE Latin Power.

The event will be held online from April 27th to May 1st, featuring a $67,500 prize pool and an invite to the seasonal finale. There will also be a European league happening simultaneously with it – there the list of participants consists of Ninjas in Pyjamas, Astralis, Heroic, ENCE, Copenhagen Flames, Bad News Eagles, Movistar Riders and Team NKT.
