The seventh season of Dota 2 Champions League has concluded with HellRaisers’ victory. In the tournament’s grand finals they managed to reverse sweep Entity, thus claiming $20,000 in prize money.
HellRaisers were one of the four teams invited directly to the event’s playoffs stage. There they managed to win their first match against Mind Games (2-0), but later lost to Gladiators (1-2) and dropped to the lower bracket. There they won three series with 2-0 score – against V-Gaming, Nemiga and Gladiators. In the final series they lost the first two maps but then managed to win three, finishing the series in their favour.
D2CL 2021 Season 7 was played online from January 24th to February 16th and featured a $50,000 prize pool. The league’s next season is scheduled for February 21st – March 13th, its’ line-up features Alliance, Hydra, B8 Esports, Team Empire, Gambit Esports, Entity Gaming, Nemiga Gaming, Mind Games, AS Monaco Gambit, No Sorry, Lilgun and HellRaisers.
