FunPlus Phoenix wins the VALORANT Masters Copenhagen
On the evening of July 24th the VALORANT Champions Tour 2022: Stage 2 Masters - Copenhagen finished. The winner of the tournament became FunPlus Phoenix.
ANGE1's team finished second in Group B and qualified for the playoffs, where they lost in the first round of the upper bracket to Fnatic (0-2).
FPP then went on to beat Guild Esports and DRX, take revenge on Fnatic and beat OpTic Gaming in the lower bracket final. In the grand final, they faced Paper Rex from the APAC region.
FunPlus Phoenix won the first map (Bind) by a score of 13:3, after which the rivals exchanged wins and brought the score of the series to 2:2. In the deciding fifth map (Breeze), FPP came out on top, 13-9.
VALORANT Masters Copenhagen took place in the capital of Denmark from July 10 to 24. The teams competed for a total prize pool of $650,000 and VCT points.

- 9th-10th — $15,000 and 200 VCT Points — KRÜ Esports and Northeption
- 11th-12th — $10,000 and 150 VCT Points — LOUD and XERXIA
