BLAST Spring Finals to Take Place in Lisbon

The organizers of BLAST Premier have announced that the finale of the spring season will take place in Lisbon, the largest city and the capital of Portugal. The company has had plans to host an event there since 2019, however they were changed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The event is hosted for June 15th – 19th and will take place at Altice Arena, which can seat up to 15,000 visitors. Earlier this venue also hosted a BLAST Pro Series tournament in late 2018. The tournament’s line-up will feature eight teams, six of which were determined through the Spring Groups: Team Vitality, OG, FaZe Clan, G2 Esports, Natus Vincere, and BIG.

The final two participants will be determined through the Showdown stage in Europe and North America that will be played online on April 27th – May 1st, with each region featuring eight participants and $67,500 prize pools.
