BLAST Premier Spring Final Schedule Revealed

BLAST have revealed a full scheduled for their upcoming event BLAST Premier: Spring Finals 2022. In contrast to the previous events that featured double-elimination brackets, this time the tournament will start with two GSL groups.

The group stage is scheduled for June 15th – 16th. The pairs for the opening matches have been seeded as follows (June 15th, UK time):

Group A:

• 10:00 AM – FaZe Clan vs paiN Gaming
• 1:00 PM – G2 Esports vs Team Vitality

Group B:

• 4:00 PM – Natus Vincere vs OG
• 7:00 PM – ENCE vs BIG

The winners of each group will advance to the playoffs semifinals, while the teams placed 2nd and 3rd will play in the quarterfinals. The playoffs will be played on June 17th – 19th and feature a single-elimination bracket. All matches of the event – both the group stage and the playoffs – will have best-of-three series only.

BLAST Premier: Spring Finals 2022 will take place in Lisbon, Portugal, with its final two days being held at Alica Arina. The tournament’s prize pool is set at $425,000. The champions of the event will qualify for the series’ World Final with $1,000,000 at stake.
